How do I get started?
Please call my office and leave me a message describing the reason for your call,
how you heard about me, and the best way I can reach you. The initial phone call
and 15 minute consultation are FREE. It is important to feel comfortable with the
person providing your treatment, so I encourage you to ask me questions too!
I do take some insurance, but most of my clients choose to pay out of pocket.
This is a personal decision that you will have to make, and I will be happy to see
you either way. Our initial intake session usually lasts about 1 1/2 hours, and
subsequent visits are 50 minutes long.
My rates are:
Initial phone call and consult: FREE 1 1/2 hr. Intake session: $140
50 minute individual therapy: $85 50 minute group therapy: $50
*I require 24-hour notice on cancellations to avoid unnecessary charges

Mondays 10:00 – 7:00
Tuesdays 11:00 – 5:00
Wednesday 11:00 – 7:00
Thursdays 12:00 – 5:00
* I do not work on Fridays
